Everyday

My breakfast everyday!
Everyday I eat waffles for breakfast. Sometimes I have two, most of the time I eat three. I drink a big glass of water and then have a diet coke - bad news, I know. If we run out of waffles (which rarely happens) I have cereal with Silk Milk -Very Vanilla- of course. Sometimes I get Starbucks on the way into work - then I'm so zippy on caffeine I drive my coworkers nutty!
Do you eat the same thing everyday? Do you eat breakfast at all?
I'm curious! :)

I love waffles! If I actually made time to eat before leaving the house I would eat them everyday toooo!

My breakfast eats go in cycles. For awhile I was eating oatmeal; drank my breakfast-Breakfast Essentials; english muffins; and now I am eating these yummy South Beach Diet Protein breakfast bars.....

I never eat breakfast I really need to change that but I have a coke every morning for sure :)

I eat a green apple with almond butter and a MaxPro strawberry protein shake every morning.

I used to eat waffles every morning when my kids were little (and I'd eat three with honey).

breakfast is the most important meal of the day. i have to eat first thing in the morning, or pretty soon after i wake up anyway otherwise i get dizzy which is no good. i usually have yogurt and a piece of this delicious bread we have...locally made, 7 grain...it's so so so good! sometimes i will have an apple or banana as well


diet coke for breaky? i can't believe that!! you should trade it in for o.j, much healthier!

i definitely get in breakfast routines. i'll have the same thing a couple weeks in a row then switch.
this week i've been having whole grain toast with cashew butter and unsweetened jam sprinkled with chia seeds. is that enough detail, haha. oh, and a glass of soy milk! isn't silk the best?!
last week i had quinoa with chia seeds and fruit...and sometimes i went crazy and sweetened it with agave nectar. hehe

i like how you drink a big glass of water before your diet coke. that makes me giggle. the water cancels out the pop right? hehe.

I drink tea first. Then I eat cheerios after I'm already to go other than brushing my teeth. If this routine gets broken.... eeeee... I get upset! If I don't have Cheerios for breakfast, I have them for a snack in the evening. I'm addicted.

I get coffee on the way to work.
I loooooooove, and I'm saying that with added emphasis, chocolate chip waffles.

I always wake up at the very last second possible so I eat my breakfast after I get to work. I have been on my homemade granola kick for a few months. I have that with some local skim milk(no horomones). If I run out of that I have gluten free toast with peanut butter.
On the weekends I always make gluten free blueberry waffles. LOVE waffles. Big Poot is not a huge fan but he indulges me!

coffee coffee coffee. I seriously have about 3 cups in the morning. For B-fast I go through cycles. Right now I'm on a blueberry muffin oatmeal kick. Sometimes I have kashi cereal or special k. Then J and I almost always have pancake sunday--blueberry pancakes with powder sugar and whip cream...yum!

Usually its x 2 coffees and PB on toast. You just reminded me of how much I love waffles though!
AMBER! What is your recipe for homemade granola? I am a diabetic and granola usually contains way too much sugar (I do love it though).

Right now for me breakfast is coffee flavoured meal replacement shakes (im trying to lose some weight)& copious amounts of coffee. The shakes arent bad, despite having no caffiene in them. The weightloss plan im on bans caffiene but I still have way too much coffee! On my days off I enjoy some grilled mushrooms & tomato on multigrain toast yum!!!!!

Breakfast is my most favourite meal of the day!! I wish I could have waffles every day for breakfast, but they are pretty expensive here.
Instead I have cereal or toast, with juice or a cup of tea. On weekends I like to cook breakfast, and usually make bacon & eggs, French toast and sometimes pancakes!
I sure wish we could get sugar free maple syrup here!!

i have fruit scones from the bakers everymorning. so fresh they dont need butter :)

I have coffee, steel cut oats with nuts every morning. Then I walk 2-4 miles ending up at Starbucks for coffee with soy and a piece of fruit.

Lizzie - you walk 2 to 4 mile a day! That is so awesome! I wish I would!

Mmm waffles! I like to cover my waffles with jam. Mmm.

Sometimes I eat the same cereal for weeks, then I'll switch to eating bagels every day for a week, then I'll find a different kind of cereal. Or I'll try waffles for a bit. Right now I have been eating cinnamon raisin bread (well, toast). Mmm.

yummm, waffles! if i eat breakfast its usually just a granola bar. maybe i should get better at eating breakfast, but i'm usually not hungry until a little later in the day :/
