How's the wedding planning?

What planning!? haha
I never have time to think about planning our wedding! I tell Brian we should just elope! But I really want a party AND wear my dress! So that's my problem!
I do think about it often and whenever I have a minute I Pin-terest all my wedding ideas! Here are a few below and a link to my board!

So will the planning bug just bite some day soon? I'm excited to marry my wonderful fellow, I just don't have the focus or time! I have some awesome ideas! I need to pick a date huh? That's be a start! Any advice for me?

I never felt like picking a date until I had started planning, and planning seemed so overwhelming.

I ended up making many lists, started out making a list of big things, that weren't fun, and then a list of things that I thought were fun.

I used theknot.com a bit to help with figuring out everything we had left to do. It has a checklist of sorts. But since you haven't picked a date yet you could easily find a venue and then see when they have an open day in the fall, winter, or whenever you want it and let that make your decision of when! Then you won't have to worry about them being booked already! You have such great things going on already and if you can hash out some things you know you want it will be simpler! You can do it lady!

Oh how exciting though, I love the paint the bottom of your shoes blue. How gorgeous and fun!

Planning a wedding, I don't know I've never planned one, but I'm a project manager so may I recommend lots of mood boards and to-do lists and work your ideas into a massive to do list so you can visually see everything that you want and that will need to be done.

Just a suggestion.

I'd say pick a date..then once you have that all ready to go then your good. Then make a list of what your going to make and then prioritize that way! If I didn't make a list of all the items I was going to make first I still might be making more things to this day! lol Good Luck! So excited to see everything!! <3

I looooove those brooch bouquets, but they are so expensive! I'm trying to collect enamel flower brooches so I can make my own for my wedding! Good luck with the planning! I'm sure your wedding will be beautiful! :)

I'm looking forward to seeing your wedding. So many cute ideas.
My husband and I got married in the little court house. I wore a teal wrap dress and a birdcage veil. It was such a sweet wedding. Small and simple.

Awww how wonderful! Take your time to plan the wedding.. Pinterest is such a great inspiration for wedding planning... I have a secret folder on my computer of MY wedding ideas.. I keep it hidden from my boyfriend.. I don't want him to know I've been planning a wedding since I was 15! Then when and IF he asks... I will already have a few ideas!
